New Home Fit™ is intended to help buyers navigate new construction more confidently, but it does not represent buyers in real estate transactions unless separately agreed in writing.

 

2. No Real Estate Representation

New Home Fit™ is not acting as your real estate agent or broker unless a separate written representation agreement is executed with a licensed brokerage.

The Services provided:

• Do not create a brokerage relationship
• Do not constitute real estate representation
• Do not create fiduciary duties

 

Any real estate representation will occur only through a separately engaged licensed real estate professional or brokerage.

 

3. Referrals to Licensed Professionals

New Home Fit™ may refer Users to:

• licensed real estate agents
• brokerages
• mortgage professionals
• other industry professionals

 

These professionals are independent third parties and are not employees or agents of New Home Fit™ or New Home Sales Network LLC.

 

The Company:

• does not guarantee their performance
• does not control their actions
• is not responsible for any agreements entered into with them

 

Users are responsible for independently evaluating any professional they choose to work with.

 

4. Informational & Educational Services Only

All information provided through New Home Fit™ is educational and informational in nature.

The Company does not provide:

• financial advice
• mortgage advice
• legal advice
• tax advice
• investment advice

 

Users should consult licensed professionals including:

• tax professionals

5. Builder Information Disclaimer

Information about builders, communities, floor plans, incentives, timelines, pricing, or construction practices may be discussed during consultations.

• pricing and incentives may change without notice

New Home Fit™ does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current validity of builder information.

Users are responsible for verifying all information directly with the builder or their licensed real estate representative.

 

6. No Guarantees of Outcomes

New Home Fit™ does not guarantee:

• home purchase outcomes
• builder incentives or discounts
• financing approvals
• pricing accuracy
• construction timelines
• real estate transaction success

 

All examples, guidance, or strategies provided are general in nature and may vary by market, builder, and individual circumstances.

7. Consultation Recordings & AI Summaries

Consultations may be recorded for the purpose of:

• creating buyer summaries
• generating consultation reports
• improving service quality

 

These recordings may be processed using software or artificial intelligence tools to create summary reports or insights.

 

By participating in a consultation, you consent to the recording and processing of this information for service purposes.

8. Buyer Information Accuracy

Users agree to provide accurate and truthful information regarding:

• builder contract disputes

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for Services, if applicable.

All materials, frameworks, reports, processes, and content created by New Home Fit™ are the intellectual property of New Home Sales Network LLC.
